We have found that they usually respond within 3-4 hours.
But
a caveat - they would only extend support for those services for which
you have paid them. For example, if you have paid for web hosting, they
will support you only in web hosting related issues. They may not be
able to help you with open-ended questions or how-do-i-do-this-in-moodle
type of questions, though, of course, you could ask them if they will
do so.
