For one machine, googling https://www.google.com/search?q=Lenovo+b460+Bluetooth+driver+windows+7 found the driver, installed, and my bluetooth device, recognized as YET-M1, started working.
That was on 32-bit Win7.
For another machine, googling https://www.google.com/search?q=Dell+latitude+e6540+Bluetooth+driver+windows+B7 found some drivers, installed them - this was a 64-bit Win7 - but still the device is recognized, but does not connect.
